Despite offering high-quality solar solutions, Solar Galaxy struggled to capture attention online. Their outdated brand and website failed to engage users, resulting in high bounce rates, low lead quality, and missed opportunities to connect with environmentally conscious customers. The brand needed a modern, trust-building identity to stand out in a competitive energy market.
As part of our web design service in Sydney, we executed a full brand transformation to enhance engagement and build trust. We selected the right colours and fonts to represent their industry and redesigned the logo to be modern, simple, and memorable. The website was redesigned to be clean, mobile-friendly, and easy to navigate, using high-quality images and graphics to clearly communicate their services. Key marketing elements—such as client showcases, impact data, and social proof—were highlighted on the homepage, along with ample white space to improve readability and foster trust.
In addition, we created other brand assets, including business cards, social media visuals, and a comprehensive brand guideline, to ensure consistency across all touchpoints. Thoughtful use of colour, typography, and spacing reduced cognitive load, making information easy to digest and increasing the likelihood of user engagement.
