Minal Menezes is a health and fitness brand dedicated to helping people achieve lasting wellness and confidence. Armed with a Ph.D. in Genetics of Metabolic Disorders, Minal has combined scientific knowledge with personal experiences and professional certification as a Personal Trainer.
A mum of two, full-time corporate professional, fitness coach, and Mrs. Australia 2023, she embodies the balance she teaches. Through her coaching programs and The Fearless Framework, Minal integrates fitness, mindset, and lifestyle strategies to help women unlock sustainable energy, strength, and confidence. She also partners with corporates to deliver health and wellness sessions designed to transform the productivity and wellbeing of employees.
Although Minal already had a visual brand identity, it failed to reflect her true self. The existing design felt dated, generic, and lacked energy. More importantly, it wasn’t aligned with her personality, expertise, or vision.
This mismatch created a disconnect with her target audience. Her brand wasn’t communicating the values of empowerment, science-backed coaching, and balance that she stands for. As a result, potential clients struggled to understand her unique approach, leading to missed opportunities and reduced engagement.
Minal recognised that without a meaningful brand refresh, she risked sending the wrong signals to her audience and undermining her positioning in the competitive health and wellness space.
